- Returned within 30 days of delivery

- Exchange: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team.


How to Return an Item


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1. Contact our customer service team via ygzdadondada@gmail.com or (530)519-0875 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging.
3. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us at PO Box 5102 Oroville Ca 95966


Return Shipping


You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is defective or was sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Refund Processing


Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.


Exceptions


The following items are not eligible for returns:


- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged or worn due to customer negligence
